Please note that CO2 cylinders must be returned via our specific exchange program or authorized retail partners due to shipping regulations.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the sparkling water maker and any included accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
