How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at participating local retailers. Simply swap your empty for a full one and only pay for the gas refill.

Are SodaStream bottles dishwasher safe?
It depends on the model. Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked bottles can be cleaned in the machine, while others must be hand-washed with lukewarm water to maintain their structural integrity.

Do I need electricity to operate my SodaStream?
Most of our models, including the Terra and Art, use a manual carbonation lever and do not require electricity. However, electric models like the E-Terra require a standard power outlet.
